Changelog information version 1.9:
WooCommerce Billogram Integration now handles the WooCommerce refund feature. If a refund had been completed for the entire order, the order status will be automatically changed to refunded and a credit invoice for the refund amount will be send to the customer. If a partial refund was awarded, the status will not change.
As referred in the woothemes docs the refund feature will work as listed below.
1. Go to: WooCommerce > Orders
2. Select the order you wish to refund.
3. Click the grey refund button to start
4. Enter amount to refund.
5. Add refund notes.
6. Click Refund $X via [Your Gateway]
If you refund partially then the order status is not changed and if you refund the full amount then the order status is changed to “refunded”. Refund function works only at Woocommerce dashboard.
Note: payment_complete is not triggered for fully refunded orders.
